Win the job
Build an estimate on site with per-pane, per-linear-foot or flat-rate pricing, show the customer the number, and turn the approval into a scheduled job without retyping a line.
Field service management software
From the first estimate to the last dollar collected, Serv77 handles scheduling, dispatch, invoicing and your whole customer history in one place — built by a multi-trade service company that still runs the trucks.

Not a demo build. Serv77 runs the daily operations of a multi-trade window, gutter and pressure-washing company — scheduling, invoicing and twenty years of customer history — every working day.
What it does
Most software makes you good at one of them and clumsy at the rest. Serv77 was built to hold all four in the same system, because that is where the money leaks.
Build an estimate on site with per-pane, per-linear-foot or flat-rate pricing, show the customer the number, and turn the approval into a scheduled job without retyping a line.
A drag-and-drop board for the whole week. Move a job, and the crew’s phone knows about it before the truck leaves the yard.
Invoice from the completed job, take payment in the field, and see a real accounts-receivable number — built from the transaction ledger, not a billed-minus-paid guess.
Close rate, average ticket, revenue by service, aging by bucket, crew productivity. On the first screen you see, not buried in a report you have to build.
In production today
Serv77 was not designed in a workshop and tested on fixtures. Every screen was built against a live book of business and had to survive it.
These are live figures from the operating company Serv77 runs on, measured August 2026 — not adoption numbers. Serv77 is opening to its first outside operators now, which is exactly why the early ones get a say in what gets built next.
The platform
Six parts of the same service business CRM. One login, one customer record, one set of numbers — so nothing has to be typed twice or reconciled by hand.
Day, week, month and list views over every crew. Drag a job to a different truck or a different hour and it re-plans around it. Built for the scheduling and dispatch a contractor does at 6:45 in the morning with the phone ringing.
Per pane, per linear foot of gutter, per square foot of surface, or flat rate — in the same catalog. Materials attach to the service, so margin is on screen while you are still building the number. Estimate to invoice without re-entry, ever.
Every dollar is derived from a signed transaction ledger — charges, adjustments, payments and unapplied credits, aged from the invoice date. Not billed-minus-tendered. The difference on the book we tested it against was thirty-two thousand dollars.
Properties, contacts, every job, every invoice, every note and every recorded call — on one record, not scattered across four tabs and two systems. Edits never overwrite your history; they layer on top of it, so the original stays intact.
Crews check in, work the day and close jobs from a phone. Work queues on the device and flushes when signal returns — a basement or a rural driveway does not cost you the record. The phone is enrolled once by an office admin; a PIN says who is aboard.
Recorded calls are matched to the customer record automatically and made searchable, so “what did we tell them last spring?” is a question with an answer. Transcripts are redacted before anything is stored; playback is a manager-and-admin permission and every play is logged.
Industries
Serv77 was shaped by the trades where the job is measured before it is priced and the crew is on a route, not a ticket queue.
Window cleaning software that prices per pane or per opening, tracks the two-story premium, and remembers what a property took last time.
Gutter cleaning software with linear-foot pricing, guard installs as a separate line, and seasonal recurrence that books itself.
Pressure washing software that quotes by square foot and keeps surface type and PSI on the job.
Sell the install, the takedown and the storage as one seasonal agreement, and roll last year’s design forward without re-measuring.
Recurring contracts across multiple properties under one customer, with purchase orders and Net-30 terms handled properly.
One system for every service you sell. Add a trade without adding a subscription or a second place to look things up.
Why Serv77
Serv77 exists because the software we were paying for could not do what a window and gutter company does every day. Every screen had to survive a real week of real work before it shipped. Nothing on the roadmap comes from a focus group.
Serv77 layers your edits on top of your original records instead of replacing them, so twenty years of history stays intact and auditable. Migrating on is additive — and your data is exportable the day you ask for it.
Scheduling, invoicing, the customer record, reporting and the crew app are the product, not add-ons. You should not have to buy a second tier to see what you are owed.
Thirty minutes, screen shared, your workflow — not a canned tour.
Pricing
Serv77 is opening to its first outside operators, so pricing is set in the conversation rather than published on a card. What is in each plan is not negotiable — the essentials are in all three.

For most operators: a scheduling tool, a separate invoicing system, a spreadsheet of customer history, and whatever is currently holding estimates. Serv77 is one system for all of it, which is the point — the money leaks in the handoffs between them, not inside any one of them.
Those are good products built by software companies that studied the trades. Serv77 was built inside a working window, gutter and pressure-washing company and runs its operations today — so the defaults come from doing the work, not from watching it.
Concretely: measurement-based pricing is first-class rather than bolted on, the accounts-receivable number is derived from a transaction ledger instead of billed-minus-paid, the crew app works offline, and the daily essentials are not split across pricing tiers.
Yes, and that is a first-class part of the product rather than a services project. Serv77 was built on top of a twenty-year Service CEO database and treats imported history as read-only truth — your edits layer on top of it, so nothing from your old system is overwritten or lost in translation.
The crew app is offline-first. Check-ins, job status changes and completions queue on the device and flush automatically when signal returns. Every item carries a unique key, so a phone replaying its buffer can never double-post a completed job.
Permissions are enforced on the server, not hidden in the interface. A crew phone gets a deliberately thin set of rights — its own crew’s day and nothing else. Revenue figures are stripped from the response entirely for anyone without the revenue permission, and call playback is limited to managers and admins with every play logged.
Pricing is scoped to your crew count and set in the conversation while Serv77 is opening to its first outside operators. What is in each plan does not change: the scheduling board, estimates, invoicing, the customer record, reporting and the crew app are in every plan, including the smallest one.
Yes. Your data is exportable on request in a standard format, your original imported records are preserved rather than rewritten, and each company’s data is isolated from every other company on the platform.
